I started cooking the eggs at 160 to cook it all the way and to prevent salmonella. I wash my hands before cooking for sanitation.We didn’t touch the hot part of the pan when they was cooking the eggs and was careful while holding and bringing stuff back for safety. We washed our hands after getting raw eggs of us to prevent foodborne illness.We used the plastic spatula to flip and or cook the eggs.for my evaluation I would not change anything and i really liked it.
We added hot sauce and green peppers to ours to add more color and taste. we also did not leave the tortillas on for to long just to get warm. It was really good with everything.i wouldn’t change anything but maybe adding like bacon or sum crunchy.
