So far this year i have learned how to make bread and cinnamon rolls also butter for the bread.The butter kinda hurts your arms while doing it for a while so be prepared.I also i learn bread in normally baked at 450 degrees in the oven.You have to let the bread sit over night for the yeast to take in more sugars and be ready to make the fluffy bread we all like.To start we had to make the water hit 105-110 degrees.Then after we kneaded the dough we had to punch it (not actually punch it though)to get all the air bubbles and make sure the yeast got everything it needed.Yeast is like flour made made to make bread but we had to add sugar to make sure the yeast is still good and it actives .So we also had to shape and bake the bread we got to pick what shape and kinda bread we wanted.

My group thought vanilla extract would be the best for the frosting on the cinnamon rolls because that’s what is normally used. It was very sweet so we made the right choice picking the vanilla extract for the frosting.The bread had a lot of flavor because we added garlic to the bread and butter and it went very well together.the cinnamons rolls wit the icing tasted so good.They were very big tho so the only thing i would change is cutting it a few more times.It also looked amazing.The bread looked good but it was kinda hard to i wouldn’t cook it for that about of time if i make it again.
